Lead and supervise fabrication teams on structural steel and vessel projects. Read and interpret engineering drawings, ensure quality at each stage and coordinate with project engineers.
Perform precision TIG and MIG welding on SS, MS and alloy materials for pressure vessels, storage tanks and heat exchangers. ASME / AWS certification preferred.
Design pressure vessels, heat exchangers and storage tanks using AutoCAD / SolidWorks. Perform thickness calculations, nozzle orientation and prepare fabrication drawings.
Operate fiber laser cutting machines for sheet metal cutting jobs. Ability to set up programs, optimise nesting and maintain machine logs.
Drive business development for fabrication products and services in Coimbatore, Chennai and Hosur. Build client relationships, prepare quotations and close orders.
Hands-on apprenticeship programme for ITI / Diploma holders in welding, fitting and fabrication. Learn under experienced supervisors in a live production environment.
